1) When is my order shipped?

You order will be packaged and shipped by our dedicated in-store team. Due to this, your order will be shipped the same day as you have ordered it if you have ordered between 10am-4pm,  Monday-Friday. If you are ordering on a weekend or during the evening, then your order will likely be shipped on the closest working day.

2) How can I track my order?

When you make your purchase you will receive an initial WEB reference number. In addition to this, when we have shipped your package you will be sent the appropriate GK tracking number for your item/s.

Should you not receive your tracking number, feel free to contact us with your WEB reference number following which we'll be able to keep you up-to-date with the whereabouts of your order.

3) Which carriers/couriers do you use?

We use the Royal Mail as our standard courier.

Bridesmaid Dresses 

Do I need to book an appointment for your 'Boutique for Bridesmaids'?

If you are simply wanting to browse our collection of dresses then an appointment isn't necessary.

However, if you are wanting to come and try on any dresses with your bridesmaids/maid of honour etc. or, if you are wanting a consultation regarding the bridesmaid dresses, then we would advise that you book an appointment so that we can give you our undivided attention. 

2) What if I can't find the colour/size in-store that I want/need?

Many of our bridesmaid dresses come in alternate colour options and sizes. Many of the bridesmaid dresses that we hold in-store are sample products and so are designed to give an impression of the dress.  

When you come to place your order (for the multiway true bridesmaid dresses only) we will then order them with your specifications in mind. 

3) How long should I leave ordering my bridesmaid dresses before my wedding?

If you are looking to order bespoke dresses (from our multiway or true bridesmaid collections) then we would advise having at least 6 months spare prior to your wedding date in case of any alterations that need to be made to the dresses once they have gone through the initial manufacturing process.

If, however, you are simply buying off of the shelf then the time frame between purchasing the dresses and your official wedding date is entirely up to you.

5) Do you sell Mother of the Bride attire?

We sell a range of high-quality clothing that is most definitely suitable for Mother of the Bride/Groom outfits. We have already had many such purchases from our range of tailored jackets, lace midi dresses and accessories.

1) How do I return an item? 

Simply fill in the order form that you received with your order and let us know whether you would like to: (a) swap the item for a different size, (b) return the item for store credit, (c) receive a full refund. 


2) What makes me eligible to return my item? 

Your item is eligible to return and receive a full refund if: (a) is not the correct size/fitting for you, (b) damaged in any way, (c) you do not want the item any more.

3) What money will I receive in my refund? 

You will receive your initial postage fee and the full amount for the item you initially purchased.  Please note you will not receive your return postage fee unless under exceptional circumstances.  


1) Did you receive my payment? 

If your payment has been successful then you will receive an email shortly acknowledging the process of the payment.
