We offer a Collect in Store option at our checkout page. Once your payment is processed and your order is ready to collect we will send you a 'collection ready' email which you should print and bring into store along with proof of ID (e.g. Driving License or credit/debit card). We aim to process collect in store orders on the same day where possible.
Our returns/exchange offer commences from the point of us sending your 'collection ready' email.
We keep orders for 7 days, after which we’ll return the items to stock and provide you with a refund. If you can't collect your items within 7 days, we can sometimes extend the holding period.
If you feel you will be unable to collect your order within the 7 day period then please call our customer service team who can help you with your request.
The collection point is located in our store. Please be aware that you must be in receipt of your 'collection ready' email before you arrive to collect your item.
